Volunteers will:
- Assist with full event breakdown after Eid celebrations conclude
- Dismantle prayer area setup including tarps, barriers, and signage
- Break down tables, chairs, and general setup across the venue
- Help pack and organize equipment, supplies, and leftover materials
- Support cleanup of carnival, vendor, and activity areas
- Dispose of trash and ensure the space is returned to its original condition
- Assist coordinators with final walkthrough and any remaining tasks
Please Note:
- This is the final and essential cleanup phase of the entire Eid event
- Some lifting, carrying, and physical activity will be required
- Volunteers should be prepared to work efficiently as a team to clear the space quickly
